Please find below the Order of Business for the autumn Committee Meeting of Ashford Allotment Society, and attachment. Changes are being proposed to the rules of the Society by the Chair Penny Winston, and members will wish to read them with care. The meeting is on 23rd September at 6.30 in Committee Room 1 at the Civic Centre. As always, all members will be able to go along and monitor the proceedings.
